what do you mean by I get a free custom when I get here, you might want to put this in the rules so future players will know.

It means that when you join, you get your First Jackalope free! To ask for your first custom you need to go to The Highstreets, then on Jackalope Of Many Colours. Just read and you will be given the form you need to post with what you want. xD
